Regular use of these devices, combined with proper nutrition, can have spectacular effects on the physical and mental level, being an important aid in the fight against extra pounds, improving posture, tone and overall energy level, as well as the perception and approach of everyday aspects. AVAILABLE DEVICES
- Three treadmills – Jogging Line PRECOR, for everyone's training who wants to either lose weight or keep fit. The advantages of using these bands include: less aggressive foot impact running surface than a free surface, the ability to tilt the strip to change the training difficulty, and the possibility of continuously recording the number of calories burned or the distance travelled.
- Two stepper - Fitness Twister Cross Trainer PRECOR, which will help you tone your entire upper body as well and efficiently as your lower part, namely the muscles of your legs, thighs, buttocks, abdomen and arms.
- Two horizontal bicycles - Recumbent PRECOR, recommended for toning the thighs, calves, hips, suitable for those with back problems because it does not require too much lumbar area.
- A dynamic complex equipment – Multistation Prima BODY SPORT, specially designed to practice the pectoral muscles, and the back (the big dorsal, the small round, the large round), the triceps.
- A complex weight equipment – Gluteus Machine BODY SPORT, for a complete body workout. The unit is specially designed to strengthen and tone the buttock muscles and quadriceps.
- A fixed complex equipment – Parallel Abdomen Bar BODY SPORT, to practice the the back muscles (the large dorsal, the small round, the large round) , to do push-ups in the arms through which the pectoral and triceps muscles are practiced and to train the lower part of the abdominal muscles.
- Horizontal variable angle equipment – Flat Incline Bench BODY SPORT, so you can build and work your muscles from several different positions
- Fixed horizontal equipment – Anatomical Bench BODY SPORT, for exercises requiring abdominal muscles and for stretching the spine muscles.
